Similarly to Cartier - Bresson's work, Vivian Maier also focused on producing candid photography. After working for 40 years as a nanny, she wanted to express herself via the arts, producing countless pieces of work as a photographer. Her work did the same as Cartier - Bresson's in exploring peoples' true emotions and feelings. To present this, I used purple marbling inks applied to the sheet of paper via water to achieve the background. Then I stuck backgrounds with a small stroke to the title, images and information before sticking them down as well.
